However, the cardio training should not be too long or too intense as doing so on an empty stomach will result in muscle loss. Therefore, the cardio training has to be kept to a maximum of 30 minutes and at moderate intensity.
Eat your breakfast 30 minutes after the morning cardio training mentioned in point 3. Eating breakfast immediately after might increase the level of insulin while your body is still producing growth hormone. Therefore, waiting for 30 minutes before you eat your breakfast, which should be high in complex carbohydrates to allow you to fully reap the benefits of growth hormone production from the cardio training.
Do high intensity resistance training with short rest intervals of less than 30 seconds and heavy weights at 10 reps per set. The training should not last longer than one hour as your growth hormone production will start to decline and your body will begin to release the hormone cortisol, which promotes fat storage and muscle breakdown.
