In reality, your wedding night is only one night of many thousands that you will spend with your wife. If you don’t have that mind-blowing sex you thought you’d have on your wedding night then it really doesn’t matter. What’s important is that you both do what you want to – if that’s just going to sleep in each other’s arms, then do that! Perhaps you might want to just sit together in bed and talk about the day, maybe opening and reading the cards that you have received from your guests.

However, if some wedding night fun is what you really want, then here’s a few tips to help make sure it happens:

1) Flirt with each other
Flirting with your wife throughout the day can really help. This doesn’t have to be blatant in front of all the guests but maybe occasionally whispering to her some of the naughty things you will do to her when you get back up to the room will really help. It will play in her mind and will turn her on. Also, take the time to steal the occasional kiss, look into her eyes, hold her hand, and dance with her. It all helps to build anticipation as the wedding night approaches.

2) Prepare the room for loving!
Decorating the bedroom a little can help to create a really romantic atmosphere. While the party is going on, you could sneak up to the room (or even have one of the bridesmaids or best man do it for you) and lay out some robes and slippers, get a bottle of champagne on ice (with glasses and perhaps some fruit) and maybe some candles (though don’t light these too far in advance, we don’t want any fires!). Scented candles can work even better, and you can fill the room with fragrance with some nice flowers or even a few drops of essential oil on your sheets.

If you have an iPod, or something which plays music in the room, line up some nice romantic songs, ready to be played as you enter later on.

Finally, its great if you can get some nice rose petals in the room, covering the bed and floor. They can just toss them everywhere, no skill needed. However, if you have time, you could create a heart shape using the petals on your bed. You can order rose petals on line and have them delivered a few days before the wedding. You can keep them in the freezer to help avoid them losing their fragrance and colour too quickly.

3) Make sure you are going to be ‘up’ for the job!
Getting crazy drunk is what the stag night is for. On your wedding night, you can have a few drinks but don’t get so legless that’s its going to ruin things later on when back in the room. It might seem like the bar is free but remember – you are the one likely to be paying for it!

6) Offer her a Massage
It’s highly likely that she will have been wearing some uncomfortable footwear throughout the day (it’s a female thing!) and will love you for offering to give her a foot massage. You could go from there to a full body massage and see what follows!

7) The Morning After
In general, women love breakfast in bed. Arrange for someone else to make it and bring it to your room if you are staying in a hotel or if you have people staying at your house (not too early though, you will probably want a good sleep). If it’s accompanied by a glass of Champagne or Bucks Fizz then there is a good chance you’ll follow it up with some more loving!

One of the most remembered time in any marriage is the honeymoon. When my wife and I got married 25 years ago, we vacation at Martha’s Vineyard, off the coast of Massachusetts. Though for us, it was all those years ago, I still remember much of it clearly. We stayed in a very nice Bed & Breakfast. The place was beautiful, especially the big four poster canopy bed. The food at the Bed & Breakfast was very good and the beaches were lovely. The days were awesome and the nights were better.

What made the nights better? The answer is, of course, what married couples are more than ready for, sex and the honeymoon. Here we are, still married, 25 years later, and my wife still has the wedding night outfit she wore to bed that night. When you go on your honeymoon, sex is one of the expectations.

So what is there that couples should understand about sex and the honeymoon. There are several things to consider.

Don’t be pushy. This is more his thing than her thing. The guy’s thought pattern often heads this direction. “OK. We’re married now. Let’s get right to the sex part.” This just isn’t the best way to make your new wife feel truly loved. Lusted after, yes. Truly loved, no. Frequently, the bigger your wedding is, the more true this statement becomes. Why? She has been on screech, completely stressed out on all things concerning the wedding. Now the wedding is over for only a couple of hours and you are primed and ready for sex and the honeymoon. Give the girl some room. She needs some down time before you start coming on strong in the bedroom. She’ll give you all the sex you want over the next few days. Take it easy for a little while longer.

Sex and the honeymoon isn’t the only thing, but should be the main thing. The new wife should be fully prepared mentally and physically to intimately embrace her new husband. You will probably never have as much time to enjoy each other physically as you have during the honeymoon. So enjoy sex and the honeymoon as often as you want. When the honeymoon is done, you both go back to your regular, rat race routines. Take advantage of this romantic time that you have.

Finding each other is critical. This is especially true if the new husband and wife have not yet had sex together. Sex and the honeymoon is a wonderful and loving time of unwrapping the physical gifts each of you offers the other. Treat is as such. Don’t rush headlong into copulation. Be tender hearted one toward another, patient and loving. Encourage one another to do what feels good. You want sex and the honeymoon to be a truly romantic memory.

If any couple can master these few things as the approach the wedding day and the honeymoon thereafter, sex and the honeymoon should be a wonderful experience that both the husband and wife will cherish, even 25 years later.

You are sure to become empowered as you send the fighting fireman back on his heels.

Upon completion your tongue will be hanging out but instead of rest you will begin three rounds on the heavy bag. You treat the bag as an opponent and work all your punching combinations and defensive maneuvers just as if in the ring. Upon completion of the third round comes three rounds of different exercises with the medicine ball to work strength and stamina. Three rounds on the speed bag follow and then three with the jump rope where you are constantly moving lateral and front and back as you skip.
